RICHARD Sean Mulenga professionally known as T-Sean unveils “Daddy Cares Initiative” and offers the initiative, 5 per cent of the sales from his forthcoming  5th albums “Comfort Zone” and “Faith” which were released on May 26, 2016.
T-Sean said that there was need for a child to have good relationships with others especially parents with no behavioural problems in their lives.
“This means, that they are not disruptive, violent or a bully as this is what results in what we today call Street Kids. A need for good relations between children and guardians is important, as it creates positive results,” he said.
T- Sean said that as songwriter, music producer and artiste, music has opened numerous doors for him with the born and bred awards and a number of nominations.
He said that this new initiative will help improve the life and health of children and families by exploring different awareness issue within society.
“This initiative will raise awareness of the need to improve children’s wellbeing in their local area, coordinating local musical events to raise funds for children, production of music target at raising awareness for this cause, and lastly educate children through my musical influence on how they can grow into responsible citizens,” he said.
He added that the initiative also aims at bringing children back into the education system and away from child labour and life on the streets.
“In all this, we also recognise that the families and guardians of these children need to find other sources of income in order to continue to support their families now that the children are no longer working on the streets,” he said.
He said that he also wanted to highlight sustainable development goals, adding that a number of them touch on the wellbeing of Children.
“These include poverty, access to good health, ensuring quality and inclusive education for all, reduced inequality, end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition,” he said.
As T-SEAN and Buzy Baila International, this is seen as a new chapter of their musical journey where they are trying to  give back to the community through their talents.
T-Sean further added that just to see a child in Mtendere, Kanyama, Chaisa, Ng’ombe find a level ground to realise their goals and ambitions, is very important.
“I’m here to just give you a hint of what’s to come so that you are not caught by surprise, Daddy Cares Iniative is launched,” he says.
