LUSAKA’S East Park Mall is today expected to be a hive of activity as the Minister of Youth Sport and Child Development Vincent Mwale will be launching the annual exciting Baby and Kids Expo.
Organisers of the Expo, Pink Diamonds and Zed Connections say this year’s show is likely to attract 120 children’s talents and skills with over 8,000 people in attendance.
Last year’s edition was a marvel and many would agree that with the pace set last year, 2016 would have so much more to offer.
Pink Diamonds CEO Sphiwe Benashio says the 2016 Kids Expo will be great platform for the children to build and bring out self-confidence in children as they showcase their talents before thousands of people.
“In the past years, the shows have recorded an amazing growth such that the 2016 edition has even brought out extra ideas of extending it to the Copperbelt and the tourist Capital Livingstone,” says Sphiwe.
Zed Connections director Jack Shangolam had this to say: “This is an amazing and unique outdoor event for the children. This year we expect much more offer than the previous years because from the list of companies registered to partner with us this year, it’s a very encouraging sign.
With partners like MultiChoice Zambia, Zanaco, Cavmont Bank, Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) among others, Pink Diamonds and Zed Connections team is poised to deliver what it describes as an amazing and memorable show of the year.
