THE Matero Local Court has heard how a 42-year-old man chased his wife from their matrimonial home on accusation that her private part was too loose.
Eunice Sakala ,27, of Chipata Township told the court that Mukosiku  Mutete ,42, of Lilanda Township chased her alleging that she had a loose private part which did not please him whenever the couple were engaged in sex.
Sakala sued Mutete for divorce due to his continued promiscuous lifestyle and his crookedness.
She narrated that Mutete told her that he could no longer cope or continue having sex with a woman with an enlarged private part saying he enjoyed having sex with his girl-friend whose private part was tight.
Sakala said they had been on separation with her husband but wondered why Mutete forces her to have sex with him whenever she went to his house to get children’s maintenance and groceries after chasing her.
“My husband packed all my things and sent me to my parents’ house just upon finding a job, he started complaining that I have an enlarged private part, but why does he force me to sleep with him whenever I go to his house for groceries if he claims I have a loose private part,” she said.
Sakala said when he asked him why he was forcing himself on her, he told her that he was not interested in her but only wanted money from her since she was a business woman.
“This man told me he was not interested in me and that he only kept me because I used to feed him as he was not working the time we got married,” she said.
She added that she had been staying with her sister and that she wanted to formally end the marriage since Mutete said he had a girlfriend he wanted to marry.
“I want to give chance to my husband to marry a woman who will please him, I am tired of his insults and I just want our marriage to end,” she said.
In defence, Mutete said his wife had left their matrimonial home on her own and that he was not ready for a divorce as he was still in love with her.
In passing the verdict, the court granted the couple divorce saying marriage was for serious and committed people who love each other and those who were ready to tolerate each other and face problems together.
