MIDFIELDER Dominic Yobe is training with Power Dynamos with the hope of clinching a deal with the Arthur Davies Stadium outfit.
Yobe, who played for Zanaco since his return from Finland in 2008, was among the players released by the bankers.
The midfielder failed to make a mark during the 2015 soccer season owing to a nagging knee injury and played less than five games and was released alongside the likes of Matthews Macha and Henry Banda, who are reported to be at Napsa Stars.
Power secretary Ricky Mafunda said Yobe was training with the club but that the executive was yet to table the issue.
Mafunda said Yobe was just training with the team to keep fit and was yet to get feedback from the technical bench if they were interested in the player joining the club.
“Yes, Dominic is training with us, I just saw him today but not that we have signed him, no. I am yet to get feedback if the coaches are interested in him. At Power Dynamos we operate differently, even if we know that players are free agents, we still consult their former clubs to confirm,” Mafunda said.
