THE Zambia Body Building and Fitness Federation (ZBBFF) will on January 30 hold its non-elective annual general meeting (AGM) to review the year 2015 and plan for this season.
ZBBFF president Emmanuel Chimuka said in an interview that the meeting would mainly focus on reviewing the 2015 season and plan for this year’s calendar.
Chimuka said the executive will also be tabling their proposed 2016 budget to the affiliates.
“We will be having a non-elective AGM at the month end basically it is just to plan for the year and table the proposed budget and other issues pertaining to their federation,” Chimuka said.
He said that the federation will this year focus on popularising the sport countrywide and has lined up a number of events.
Chimuka said ZBBFF will have tournaments in Livingstone, Chipata, Solwezi and Luapula in order to promote and popularise the sport.
“This year we will not only focus on Lusaka and Copperbelt but we will host tournaments countrywide so that we can promote the sport,” he said.
