STANBIC Bank Zambia has collected 22 awards in the EMEA Finance’s Treasury Services Awards and Global Finance’s World Best Bank Award for 2015.
The awards have been attributed to the Bank’s exemplary services and performance in Zambia.
The awards were presented at the Sibos conference in Singapore where the bank was also awarded best foreign exchange provider 2015 in Zambia.
This is according to a statement by Stanbic head of public relations Chanda Katongo.
Stanbic Bank Zambia, chief executive, Charles Mudiwa was delighted to receive the award from such a prestigious publication.
“Standard Bank takes two titles in this year’s Treasury Services Awards, in recognition of its consistent leadership in transactional banking in Africa,” said Ms Katongo.
Global Finance Magazine awarded Stanbic 20 accolades, across several categories, including trade finance, payments and collections, cash management, short-term investments, money market funds and sub-custody.
