SUNSET Stadium, the home ground of Zanaco Football Club should be renovated on the wings to allow soccer fans to sit and enjoy the game.
The stadium has no sitting facilities on the wings thus subjecting fans to stand throughout the games.
This is inhuman.
Ticket sales at the entrance of the stadium leave much to be desired. How can they allow one gate at wings to sell tickets?
There was chaos during the match between Mufulira Wanderers FC and Zanaco as the tickets were being sold.
I appeal to Zanaco management and football club executive to improve things at the stadium.
I appeal to the sponsors to check the administration of the club because Zanaco is an old team in the Super League and should have modern required standards of the pitch.
I call upon FAZ to advise Zanaco to follow modern facilities of the stadium.
Any negatives of the football club will affect the bank.

Zambia should remain focused

ZAMBIA should remain focused as the country debates sensitive issues for the benefit of the nation.
Look at what is happening to Nigeria; the previous government hid the financial malady of their economy.
Now Africa’s richest nations is in financial doldrums whereby if it remained unchecked, it would lead to what Greece went through.
It is, therefore, important to debate issues facing the nation with the opposition political party.
But the opposition should not condemn everything the ruling party is doing just for the sake of it.
The country needs positive criticism failure to which the country risks being ruined.
All human beings are prone to make mistakes which could be corrected instead of capitalising on them at the expense of the country’s welfare.
The opposition political parties should also help to solve the country’s problems if the purpose of their existence is to address people’s aspirations.
