TALKING Shop has observed that waiters in some restaurants give customers wrong food orders after ordering for other food items.
We would like to advise management of various restaurants to ensure that their waiters are cautious when packing the food orders for customers to avoid giving customers wrong food packages.
The situation inconveniences customers who have to return the food in order to be served the correct order.

MOST shop attendants in Lusaka have continued to be rude to customers especially during peak hours.
It has been observed that service delivery to the customers has deteriorated in a number of shops because they have only one shop attendant serving a long queue a situation which frustrates customers.
This situation causes the shop attendants to be rude to customers as he/she gets overwhelmed by the long queue.
Talking shop would like to urge the owners of the shops to ensure that they have two or more attendants serving the customers during peak hours to avoid losing customers.

TALKING Shop is concerned that some stationery shops have run out of exercise books, mathematics sets, pens and school accessories.
Schools will open next week on Monday May 11, 2015.
This means that school going children will have to report to school without the exercise boos and school accessories.
It is important that the stationary shops stock enough school accessories to cater for the demand during this period.
