KELVIN Kaindu says he is happy to see his Zimbabwean club Triangle FC perched at the top of table after just five league games played into the 2015 season.
Kaindu’s side beat visiting CAPS United 4-nil on Sunday to edge defending champions Dynamos to top-spot on goal difference.
The ex-Zanaco star and assistant coach said in an interview from Zimbabwe that it was an encouraging start after saving Triangle from relegation while he was in interim charge of the team in latter stages of the 2014 season.
“It is a good start after fighting relegation in the last two seasons. We are on top, my players are gaining confidence and goals are coming from anyone player. I am happy we have scored 14 goals in five games and four of our players lead the top scorers chart,” he said.
Triangle are unbeaten with four wins and one draw under Kaindu who joined the club on a permanent deal this season after leaving Highlanders last October whom he guided to two successive runners-up finishes in his two years at the club
