The appointment of young people to the helm of power by President Edgar Chagwa Lungu is commendable and should therefore be applauded and supported by all Zambians.
Gone are the days when we thought political appointments should only go to the the elderly and always tested people.
This inclusiveness should bring light at the end of the tunnel in that,  the young people now have an opportunity not only to learn from the old but also prove their worthiness and excel in their various portfolios to serve this great nation of  Zambia.
Go and serve the nation diligently but also be alive to the fact that, such appointments come with smear and slander, don’t fail the nation  and the appointing authorities.
To those newly young appointees, I urge you to perform your functions for mother Zambia as if that is the last job ever for you to be judged positively and help the President stir  up this nation to great heights.

Blades perfomance commendable

The Football Association of Zambia(FAZ)/MTN super division team, Konkola Blades Football Club must remain focused and take each game seriously in the 2015 Soccer season.
Every year the team is hit by mass exodus of players who are seeking greener pastures, but the team manages to overcome.
The determination and commitment by the technical bench led by Coach Enos Silwamba should be commended as it is vital in the team’s success. One day, the 1998 Mosi Cup champions,  will represent the nation in continental competitions.

Keep it up Airtel

Allow me space to thank Airtel customer service centre for sorting out my problem recently. I purchased internet bundles using my new simcard which failed to connect.  I called 111 customer centre line to register my challenges. Believe me you, within a few minutes I received a call from Airtel confirming that the bundles were activated and finally I was able to use internet without difficulities.Keep it up Airtel.
