KANSANSHI Dynamos at the weekend opened up a two-point lead at the summit of the FAZ Division One North league table, as Kabwe Warriors remained in command in the south after Week Three fixtures.
The Solwezi outfit leapfrogged Ndola United from the top thanks to a 1-0 victory over Zesco Solwezi courtesy of a Brian Chisanga goal that ensured Kansanshi made it three wins out of three games with a maximum nine points.
Indeni 1 Chindwin 0
Norman Munthali stole the limelight at the Indeni Sports Complex in Ndola on Saturday when he inspired his side to yet another important victory that moved Indeni within catching distance of leaders Kansanshi.
Munthali powered in with superb precision to hand Indeni a victory over Chindwin Sentries, a result that also saw the Ndola outfit move into second position on seven points.

Ndola United suffered a setback in their bid for promotion to top flight football next season after faltering to an organised First Quantum Minerals (FQM) side.
FQM grabbed the maximum points off Ndola whom they edged out to move into third position on six points as Roan United bounced back from their 1-0 defeat at Musa Kasonka Stadium two weeks ago, to claim an outright 2-1 win over Kalulushi Modern Stars.
Lumwana Radiants sunk newly promoted Copperbelt Buffaloes in Ndola, claiming a 1-0 win to move to six points, same as Minning Rangers, who claimed maximum points for a no show Premium Sports.
Real Nakonde recorded their third successive draw as they held Mufulira Blackpool 1-1 on Sunday.
Jacob Mwamba gifted Blackpool a goal after turning the ball into his own net but Robert Musonda struck late in the game to restore parity.
Elsewhere, Konkola Mine Police recorded their third successive defeat after losing 1-0 at the hands of Gomes while Chambishi beat Kitwe United 2-1.

In the southern region, ‘Magnificent’ Kabwe Warriors failed to claim their third straight victory after they were held by promotion side, Kalomo Jetters.
The five-time Zambia champions had to come from behind to snatch a hard-earned point following a 1-1 stalemate that saw them maintain top slot on seven points, one better than Nampundwe, who saw off Mumbwa Medics with a 2-0 win.
Despite the defeat, Medics remained within a point of leaders Warriors, having won their opening two fixtures.

Riflemen sneaked into a tightly contested joint second position, thanks to an away win at Lusaka City Council (LCC).
Luena Buffaloes and Matero United settled for a goalless draw which saw both sides tied on five points as Malaiti Rangers and Prison Leopards also shared spoils after battling out to a 1-1 draw.
