WHAT has happened to the government’s idea of promoting late hour shopping in the country as a way of abating some of the challenges like traffic congestions??Notwithstanding the fact that some supermarkets go on up to 22: 00 hours, seemingly, the idea has died a nature death as planned measures have not been put in place.
The issue should, therefore, be revisited to help curb traffic congestions and allow people who work up to 17:00 hours to have ample time to do their shopping.
