A MANAGER at Armcor Security Company has sued his employer demanding for the payment of salary arrears of more than K108, 000.00.
Emmanuel Mumba who has sued two Armcor directors Felix Chishimba and Siakamwi Chikuma has contended that he has not been paid the salary arrears for the period of eight months.
Mr Mumba has since asked the Lusaka High Court to order the directors to pay him K108, 000 being  unpaid salaries by Armcor for the period of eight months from April 20014 to November 2014.
He has stated that he is a Lusaka resident and manager for Armcor and has not been paid the salary arrears for eight months totaling to
K108. 000.
Mr Mumba said that it is clear that the company has no money to pay him and it is his prayer that he holds on the company vehicle until
his debt is liquidated.
It was also clear that the company was under liquidation.
Mr Mumba further said that despite several reminders and patience on his part, it had been in vain as the company had not paid him his money.
