TALKING SHOP NEW copyTHE shortage of waiters at the Zamchick fast food outlet in Lusaka’s down town area is inconveniencing customers as they are made to wait for one waiter to make the rounds.
Talking Shop has observed that the takeaway only has one waiter a situation which is cumbersome for customers.
We would therefore urge management to employ more waiters to do the rounds to avoid inconveniencing and losing customers.

Similarly at Mr. H Takeaway and Restaurant on Freedom Way, which has one waiter, Talking Shop observes that this issue needs addressing so that the eating outlet can attract more customers.
It has been observed that people have to wait for more that thirty minutes for them to be served because the restaurant only has one waiter who also works as a cleaner at the restaurant.
Talking shop would like to advice management at the restaurant to employ more waiters and cleaners to ensure hygiene and good service delivery to customers.

VEGETABLES have become expensive in most parts of the country with Kuku market in Chawama Township in Lusaka selling a bunch of traditional vegetable commonly known as chibwabwa at K2 and K3.
Talking Shop has observed that it has become so expensive for a family to feed well as they cannot afford to buy enough to carter for the whole family.
Talking Shop would like to encourage farmers to take advantage of the situation and produce more vegetables to address the demand.
