Other fixtures saw UNZA Honeys get the better of LCC Lootess with a comfortable 84-43 win to storm the semi finals to be played take place this weekend at NASDEC..
Meanwhile, ZBA north chief Andrew Nyirenda has bemoaned the dismal performance by the Copperbelt teams at the ongoing national championships.
“It is the same story where the Midlands teams have continued to dominate the sport, but this time, the ZBA thought that we should have the quarter finals played on the Copperbelt and in Lusaka so that the north teams can feel at home.
Sadly, all the teams have failed to go past the quarterfinal stage and this is very unfortunate for us,” Nyirenda said.
