BEING one of the latest trading structures to be constructed in Lusaka’s Central Business District one would expect Westgate Shopping Mall should have up-to-date facilities for the clients.
This is disappointingly not so, especially with regards to the lavatory maintenance at the mall.
Despite being a fee-paying facility, the dirt and stench that comes from the lavatory does not correspond with the modernity of the shopping complex.
Talking shop advises Westgate management to take a leaf from the lavatory maintenance of Levy Shopping despite it being free.
+++++
Talking shop is happy with the move taken by some shops along Cairo Road to extend the trading hours.
This would be extra convenience for shoppers, particularly day-workers.
People would be able to take full advantage of longer shop opening hours.
