NKANA this afternoon host Roan United in a rescheduled MTN/FAZ Super League Week 19 game at Nkana Stadium in Kitwe.
The match comes five days after Nkana and Roan drew one-all in their respectively league matches against Indeni and Nakambala Leopards on Sunday in a doubleheader at the same venue.
Both sides head into todays game under pressure with less than ten games left before the season comes to an end.
Nkana are fifth in their battle to retain their league crown and thirteen points behind leaders Power Dynamos.
“We haven’t yet given up, we just need to push ourselves,” Nkana coach Beston Chambeshi said.
Nkana have 33 points from 20 matches played with two games in hand heading into this afternoons rescheduled game.
Meanwhile, Roan are rooted at the bottom of the log on 16 points, four behind Konkola Mine Police who are above them on 20 points after 22 and 23 games played respectively.
“We only have eight games to go we will work harder we cannot say we are relegated until the final game,” Roan coach Dean Mwiinde said.
