By MOSES CHIMFWEMBE –

MOZAMBIQUE head coach João Chissano, has said the Mambas were in the country for win despite the Chipolopolo having a superior record over his side in the past matches played.
The Mambas take on the Chipolopolo in the Morocco 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers Group F match at Levy Mwanawawsa Stadium in Ndola tomorrow with Chissano saying Mozambique have come for nothing less than a win despite facing a tough Chipolopolo side.
Speaking to journalists on arrival at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport (SMKIA) in Ndola yesterday, Chissano said the Mambas had prepared adequately for the encounter and were geared to stun the Chipolopolo.
“We know that playing teams like Zambia is always tough and I think if we are to qualify for the 2015 Africa Cup then we have to beat the best teams and this has to start now, we are here to win this game.
Group F has tough teams that have equal chances of qualifying but we have prepared well for this game and we have to achieve our goal of beating Zambia, Chissano said.
Chissano, however, noted that Zambia had a superior record over his side and further predicted a tough encounter.
He said Zambia would be toughest opponents for the Mambas in Group F and that his side needed to put up an impressive performance to stun the Chipolopolo on home soil.
“It will be a very difficult game because Mozambique has not won a game here in Zambia and that’s why we have to recognise Zambia’s potential in the group.
The Zambians are the favorites to win this game on paper and we have 20 percent chances of winning but we will not give in everything,” he said.
Meanwhile, MTN Zambia has partnered with the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) to sell the match tickets for tomorrow’s clash using Mobile Money at a discounted rate.
In a statement issued in Lusaka yesterday, MTN Zambia chief sales and distribution officer Amon Jere said the tickets would be sold at a 10 per cent discount on MTN Mobile Money and that the move to partner with FAZ is aimed at providing increased security and convenience at an affordable rate.
“We have been partnering with the Football Association of Zambia in various initiatives for many years. The Mobile Money partnership goes to show the strengthened relationship between MTN Zambia and FAZ for the benefit of the public,” he said.
