MPIKA Day Secondary School kept their nerve to reach the semi finals of the 2014 Copa Coca-Cola Schools where they face an impressive Highrige Secondary School for a place in the final tomorrow.
Others that made the last four are Lusaka Province representatives Chongwe who face Mwata from Southern Province.
Mpika, who started their campaign on a high before recording a 4-1 bashing at the hands of Anoya Zulu, beat Mwata 2-0 to win the group while the latter qualified as runner-up after recording a 6-1 win over Nchelenge in their last match.
Nchelenge failed to win a single game at the on-going tournament being played at the Olympic Youth Development Centre (OYDC) and were joined by Maheba Secondary, Annoya Zulu and Mungwi, who have also packed.
From Group B, Highrige clinched their slot after beating and eliminating Copperbelt Province representatives Sekela with a 2-0 win and were joined in the semi finals by Chongwe who beat Senanga 1-0 in the last match.
