THE disconnection of water by Mulonga Water and Sewerage in Chingola has affected all the workers to a point where no one walks head high because of the embarrassment.
For example how does the company expect one to report an illegal connection by a neighbour when the disconnected workers are drawing the commodity from the same neighbour.
On another issue, Mulonga gave up to K3, 000 flat increment which include housing allowance of K335 this year, when in Luapula housing allowance was K850 last year.
My basic salary is now K2, 800 as an artisan but in Luapula someone gets K4,096. But if your compare the standards of living between Luapula and Copperbelt, they are different.
I appealed to the relevant authorities to intervene.
