The Mayor will spice up the event as he is expected to do a 100m dash with the Town Clerk, Alex Mwansa and director human resource and administration, Namukolo Kalufyanya.
She said the Minister of Local Government and Housing, Emmanuel Chenda will grace the occasion while Sports Minsiter Chishimba Kambwili is expected to be special guest of the day.
