Police capBy SYLVIA MWEETWA-
A  20-year-old student under-going teaching studies in Kabwe who was allegedly found in a compromising position with a run-away male Zambia Air Force (ZAF) officer has been released  rom  custody after paying admission of guilty of conduct likely to cause breach of peace.
The named student who was found with the ZAF officer in the men’s rest room at a lodge both with pants down in Kabwe is said to have been in a long time homosexual relationship with the officer who managed to run away after being caught.
Central  Province  Commissioner Standwell Lungu who confirmed the development yesterday said medical examination on the  student did not show signs of any sexual act at the time. Mr Lungu said the student was charged for conduct likely to cause a breach of peace a charge he admitted.
He said police was still looking for the officer to enable police record a statement over  the allegations.
But some witnesses at the lodge claimed that the two were found in the rest room in a compromising state by another officer from the defence who wanted to use the  room.
Witnesses said the suspected officer ran out of the rest room half naked fearing to be apprehended but the student was caught.
