CHIPOLOPOLO defender Frankie Musonda feels the team will compete favourably at the Morocco 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals having gained valuable lessons from the last edition and the qualifiers.
And coach Avram Grant has praised his players for winning the group and has urged them to continue building on the momentum in the coming games.
Zambia finished the qualifiers top of Group G with 13 points one better than defending champions Ivory Coast while Sierra Leone finished third with five points with winless Chad finishing bottom of the table with three points.
In an interview with FAZ Media, Musonda expressed happiness that the team continued to show quality and consistency throughout the qualifiers to attain the back-to-back AFCON qualification.
