PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has pledged to improve infrastructure at Lubanga Shabongwe Primary School built in 1950 by late Chief Mukobela Kakombo of Namwala District in Southern Province.
President Hichilema said the New Dawn administration was committed to improving the learning facilities nationwide to ensure learners had a conducive learning environment.
He said the Lubanga School was built by the late traditional ruler and that the Government would improve the school as a way of honouring him and ensure his legacy lived on.
