THE proposed 2025 National Budget cautiously reflects an optimistic outlook for Zambia’s economic recovery after having endured macroeconomic shocks this year.
Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research (ZIPAR) acting Executive Director Zali Chikuba said that this year Zambia had faced the worst drought in recent memory, severe cholera outbreak and the resumption of debt servicing.
