SOME economic experts are optimistic that the 2025 national budget will be used to address the country’s energy deficit and high cost of living for greater economic growth.
In separate interviews, experts say that the energy sector is expected to take prominence with incentives for the acquisition of renewable energy equipment to address the current power deficit.
They said in separate interviews that from the economic perspective it is hoped that the national budget would be tilted to provide an effective framework of response to the energy crisis both in the short-term and the long-term.
