FINANCE and National Planning Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane says the 2025 National Budget will focus on stabilising energy production, restoring growth, delivering jobs and safeguarding the vulnerable people.
Dr Musokotwane said the budget would place emphasis on creating an environment to revitalise economic activity.
He said this in a speech read on his behalf by Secretary to the Treasury Felix Nkulukusa during the launch of the Zambia public finance review by the World Bank Group in Lusaka yesterday.
Dr Musokotwane said the report highlighted successes and challenges in strengthening Zambia’s fiscal governance to support the country’s development agenda through well calibrated investments.
