THE Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ) has nullified results and suspended some General Certificate of Education (GCE) examination centres involving more than 4,000 candidates in eight schools in six districts.
The nullification of results that affected 4,771 candidates and indefinite suspension of the eight GCE examination centres in Lusaka, Chilanga, Mushindamo, Mpulungu, Mongu and Lunte districts followed malpractices that were recorded during the 2024 examinations.
ECZ public relations manager Nicolas Nkhuwa said in a statement yesterday that Bethlehem Secondary GCE Centre of Chilanga District was suspended and results nullified thereby affecting 1,725 candidates.
