Defiant UNZA dons protest

WORKERS at the University of Zambia (UNZA) in Lusaka have vowed to continue protesting despite the Government releasing at least K200 million to settle part of the outstanding arrears.
The aggrieved workers stated that the K200 million was against the demand that at least K250 million be given as an initial payment owing to the fact that the money was meant to be split in two with K131 million to be paid to retirees and rest towards dismantling of gratuities for the serving members.
