THE law fraternity has exalted late former Chief Justice Annel Silungwe, describing his 34-year career in the Judiciary as illustrious and selfless.
At a valedictory service held at the Supreme Court grounds yesterday in Lusaka, Chief Justice Mumba Malila, acting deputy chief Justice Florence Mumba, Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha, Law Association of Zambia president Lungisani Zulu and lawyer Bonaventure Mutale, who represented the Inner Bar, all extolled and celebrated the life and sterling career of late Mr Justice Silungwe.
