HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo says the devolution of primary healthcare to local authorities will help the Government to bring healthcare services closer to the people and achieve universal health coverage by 2030.
In a speech read for her by Health Permanent Secretary for Administration Christopher Simoonga during an Inter-Ministerial Dialogue meeting in Lusaka yesterday, Ms Masebo said the meeting was timely as it facilitated important conversations on strengthening primary healthcare financing.
