THE Government has sounded a stern warning to all lecturers in universities and colleges, who blackmail students to engage in sexual relationships with them for grades that they risk facing the law.
Gender Division Permanent Secretary Mainga Kabika said students were supposed to be in school as opposed to being harassed by people in higher offices, especially lecturers and heads of the institutions.
Ms Kabika said this at the University of Zambia -Ridgeway Campus when the institution launched the sanitary pad programme in partnership with Back to the Roots Foundation, Copper Rose Zambia and UNESCO.
