V.L HEALTHNET Services Limited, a renowned Chinese firm, has invested US$29 million towards the construction of a drugs manufacturing plant in Zambia.
Once construction works were completed next year, V.L Healthnet Services Limited was initially expected to start manufacturing antibiotics, intravenous (IV) fluids and injectible medicines, while creating about 250 direct jobs for Zambians.
