PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has said that Zambia is ready for Saudi Arabian investment in mining and agriculture especially in water harvesting and irrigation through joint ventures.
The President said that Zambia knew that Saudi Arabia had a big economy and wanted to do big things and Zambia was ready.
He said yesterday when he met a Saudi Arabian business delegation led by Environment, Water and Agriculture Minister Abdulraman Alfahdley that Zambia wanted to deepen relations with Saudi Arabia into trade and investment.
He said the Saudi Agriculture delegation to Zambia was welcome especially that it was interested in crop production and livestock farming.
