PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has directed Cabinet ministers to take advantage of their presence in Parliament to push for amendments of laws that inhibit Zambia’s economic expansion.
The President also ordered ministers to ensure that they were proactive in fi nding out what was delaying the unlocking of rigidities in their respective ministries.
He said this when he re-launched the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) Public Service Training and Certification programme and officiated at the inaugural Economic Governance Training for Cabinet Ministers in
Lusaka yesterday.
