ZAMBIA and Ghana have resolved to actualise the Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and other bilateral agreements that the two countries signed, regardless of which governments were in power.
President Hakainde Hichilema and his Ghanaian counterpart Nana Akufo-Addo did not want the MoUs and bilateral agreements to be shelved once signed.
This came to light when Ghanian Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Minister Shirley Botchwey called on President Hichilema at State House and presented him with a letter from Dr Akufo-Addo.
