COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Permanent Secretary Lillian Bwalya has implored marketers to promote the country’s various economic sectors for investment.
Ms Bwalya says the country has immense potential and a conducive investment environment for growth in sectors such as tourism, among others.
She was speaking in Lusaka yesterday during a media breakfast launch for the 27th Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) annual marketing conference and awards gala to be held in Livingstone from May 21 to 24, 2024.
“The President of the Republic of Zambia Mr Hakainde Hichilema stands out as the country’s chief marketing officer and I urge the marketing fraternity to support the Government through this Presidential initiative aimed at promoting investment opportunities and creating jobs for the citizens,” Ms Bwalya said.
