ACC seeks forfeiture of Muchemwa’s property

THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Court (EFCC) to forfeit to the State Lusaka business executive Francis Muchemwa’s properties including his matrimonial house because they were allegedly acquired using proceeds of crime.
ACC has submitted before the EFCC, High Court division that the property that belong to Muchemwa commonly known as “Commander 2” together and his three companies namely, Altitude Properties Limited, Friltech Networks Zambia Limited and Massbreeds Investments Zambia Limited should be forfeited to the State.
