Invest in value addition, minister implores Chinese Chamber

THE Government has urged the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Zambia (CCCZ) to invest in value addition based sectors for accelerated economic growth in the country.
Commerce, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga said CCCZ should encourage more Chinese businesses to bring more of their investments in the country’s value addition sectors as adding value to raw materials.
Mr Mulenga said this was important in achieving economic growth.
