CORRUPT practices in the management of the Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP) have been exposed in Southern Province where agriculture camp officers and cooperative chairpersons are allegedly conniving to shortlist children as beneficiaries and pocketing money, provincial Minister Credo Nanjuwa has said.
Mr Nanjuwa said that some of the agriculture camp officers were colluding with some zone chairpersons to charge farmers insurance fees amounting to K150, which they pocketed.
