Copper exports drop by 11.3 p.c – ZAMSTAT

A CUMULATIVE volume of refined copper export from January to August this year has decreased to 530,600 tonnes from 598.100 tonnes recorded during same period last year.
According to the Zambia Statistics Agency (ZAMSTAT) monthly bulletin released last week, outturn represents a 11.3 per cent decrease in the cumulative total of copper export.
