THE Southern African Development Community (SADC) Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) to the general elections in Eswatini has said that the pre-election and voting phases, were peaceful, calm and well organized in line with the Revised SADC Guidelines and Principles Governing Democratic Elections.
Former Vice-President Enoch Kavindele who chaired the mission for the September 29 elections in a preliminary report  commended the people of Eswatini for maintaining a peaceful political environment during the pre-election and on voting day.
