PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has implored prosecutors to be innovative and resilient in prosecution of criminals who are using sophisticated technology in their illicit activities.
Mr Hichilema also said that economic and financial crimes severely affected the vulnerable members of society.
Mr Hichilema said this in a speech read for him by Justice Minister Mulambo Haimbe during the inaugural National Annual Prosecutors Conference in Livingstone yesterday.
