PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has directed permanent secretaries to organise a meeting, with the possibility of establishing a Film Commission to propel Zambia’s film industry to another level as one of the agenda items.
President Hichilema also ordered Cabinet ministers to help him push the permanent secretaries so that the meeting with stakeholders in Zambia’s arts industry was held soon and that he expected to be availed with the resolutions thereafter.
