the Anti- Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested Lusaka businessman Francis Muchemwa for possession of property worth more than K12 million, suspected of being proceeds of crime.
ACC chief corporate affairs officer Timothy Moono said Mr Muchemwa, 38, of L/26392/M in Silverest area Chongwe, alias ‘Commander Two’, had been arrested and charged with five counts of possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime.
