FORMER Secretary to the Treasury Fredson Yamba and former Foreign Affairs minister Joseph Malanji have pleaded not guilty to 10 counts of willful failure to comply with procedure and being in possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime in a Lusaka magistrates court.
The duo who appeared before principal magistrate Jennipher Bwalya, took a fresh plea yesterday after the charge sheet was substituted to 10 counts from five counts.
