THE Kuomboka traditional ceremony officially came to a close yesterday with President Hakainde Hichilema urging the Barotse Royal Establishment (BRE) to come up with a predictable annual date for it to boost tourism.
President Hichilema who was the guest of honour said that as the Kuomboka ceremony continued expanding there was need to come up with a specific annual calendar to help international tourists to effectively plan and attend the event.
