PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has said his administration believes in values such as democracy, constitutionalism and the fight against corruption within the rule of law.
Mr Hichilema said while some citizens believed that the authorities were not acting speedily on the fight against corruption, following the law in the fight against the vice was critical to correcting past wrongs.
He said this yesterday when United Kingdom (UK) Minister for Africa Vicky Ford, who was accompanied by British High Commissioner to Zambia Nicholas Wooley and his delegation paid a courtesy call on him at State House.
