MORE than 100 families sheltered at temporary camp in Ndola’s Chipulukusu area have complained of living in unsanitary conditions after four members of a family were hospitalised for suspected outbreak of a waterborne disease. The affected families living in tents provided by the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU) shared their concerns after a visit by a local organisation Advocacy and Development for the Poor (ADP) yesterday.
The families were relocated after their houses were flooded by heavy rains, a month ago.
