THE Chartered Institute of Customer Management has awarded NATSAVE with the “Most Improved Organisation of the Year Award.” The award was announced during the 2021 Zambia Customer Service Awards held in Livingstone at the weekend. NATSAVE public relations manager Judith Tembo said in a statement yesterday that the prestigious award recognised organisations that had done exceptionally well in customer service in Zambia.
